Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Bathroom Remodeling Lakewood Pro website and the estimates and services we provide in Lakewood, CA and the surrounding Valley.
Last updated: June 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the current one.
Estimates & quotes
Our in-home consults and written estimates are free and provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Pricing is an estimate until a final, written agreement is signed. Final cost can change if the scope, materials, finishes, or field conditions change once work begins.
Scope of work
The specific design, materials, fixtures, tile, finishes, and timeline for your project are defined in your signed proposal. That proposal — not this website — governs the work we perform. Renderings, samples, tile, and stone are natural products; shade and veining will vary between samples and finished work, and that variation is not a defect.
Scheduling & access
Bathroom remodels are scheduled to order, so start and completion dates depend on our build schedule, material lead times, and site readiness (for example, tile is set only after waterproofing is installed and inspected). You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area on scheduled days.
Payment
Deposit, progress, and final-payment terms are stated in your proposal. Final payment is due on completion of the work described, subject to any agreed punch-list items.
Workmanship warranty
We stand behind our installation with a written workmanship warranty as described in your proposal. Manufacturer warranties on supplied components are passed through to you. Normal wear, misuse, water or impact damage, and ordinary wood movement from humidity and temperature changes are not covered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under Washington consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Lakewood County, Washington.
